The necklace is the gift. The card is the reason.
Most jewelry arrives in a box with a blank card and a pen you have to find. We started BAE Jewelry because the hardest part of giving a gift has never been choosing the gift — it's saying the thing you actually mean.
So we make the card first. Every piece we sell arrives mounted on a keepsake card that already says something specific: a boyfriend to a girlfriend, a daughter to her dad, a grandmother to the granddaughter she's proud of. Not a greeting. A sentence someone would genuinely say, written for one relationship and one moment.
Then you make it yours. You choose who it's for, how it opens, and how you sign off, and those words are printed on the card with your piece.
How it's made
Nothing sits on a shelf. Each card is printed and each piece packed by hand at our production facility in Florida after you order, then sent gift-boxed and ready to give — with no pricing anywhere in the box. Jewelry takes 2–3 business days to make and 2–5 to reach you, so about 4–8 business days in total. Ordering for a dated occasion? Give it 10 days, or choose expedited shipping at checkout.
If we get it wrong
We fix it, and you don't ship anything back. If a piece arrives damaged, misprinted, or simply isn't what you ordered — or the parcel never turns up — email support@baejewelry.com with your order number and a photo and we'll send a replacement free. You keep the original.
Because every card is personalized and made for one person, we can't take returns for a change of mind. Please check your spelling and your address before you order.
Where we are
BAE Jewelry is designed in Chandler, Arizona. Personalized and/or assembled in the USA with foreign and/or domestic components. We're small, and every email is answered by a person. If you're stuck choosing between two cards, write to us — we'd rather help you pick the right one than sell you the wrong one.
